Refunds under $500 are processed automatically within 24hrs via the billing system.
Requests between $500–$2,000 require Finance Team Lead sign-off.
Anything above $2,000 escalates to the VP of Finance with written justification.
 
Standard SLA: 2 business days from submission.
All refunds must be logged in Salesforce with a reason code.
